JM Caribbean   Builders   Corporation (JMCB) was founded by Javier H. Morales, engineer by profession, in his native town of Naranjito, Puerto Rico.  Prior to founding his company, Mr. Morales had already performed a vast variety of projects acquiring a valuable experience which led him to make his dream come to life in 1998.  Even though his capital was minimal, he had a clear vision of what JM Caribbean Builders Corporation would be like. The company specializes in various aspects of the commercial construction, including Industrial (manufacturing and distribution) and Institutional (educational and medical). We are active in both government and private projects and adjust our methods and contracts to meet the specific needs of each customer and project.

 JM Caribbean Builders Corporation has completed over 100 projects and has invoiced over $100 million dollars over the past 17 years. Projects that range from simple alterations, to complicated renovations, to ground-up construction as well as design-build projects. Long term relationships, repeat projects and good references are the basis of JM Caribbean Builders’ continued success. Clients such as Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (AFI), the Municipality of San Juan, Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Maunacoop, Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Agustín Burgos Villacoop, Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Oriental, Credicentro Coop, Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico Science, Technology and Research Trust and Golden Arch-Caribbean Division, among others, have used JM Caribbean Builders Corporation time and time again to bring their construction projects in, on time and within budget.
